The 13th Shanghai International New Energy Lithium Battery Technology Exhibition (BTF) opened grandly at the Shanghai New International Expo Center! The exhibition focuses on the latest production technologies and processes of lithium batteries and their materials worldwide, and visitors will have access to the latest technologies and solutions in the lithium battery industry. The exhibition gathers global strength and collaborates with the industry to promote the sustainable development of the lithium battery industry.

The enthusiastic participation of domestic exhibition groups also fully demonstrates the earnest expectation and urgent need for business to return to the right track. Important domestic new energy industry cluster enterprises from the Yangtze River Delta, Beijing Tianjin Hebei, Pearl River Delta, Chengdu Chongqing and other regions attended the exhibition, as well as local exhibition groups from Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Anhui and other regions gathered local leading enterprises to showcase their unique products.

All flat static seals are sealed with O-ring seals, which can be disassembled and reassembled repeatedly.
The end cover seal can adopt various forms such as mechanical seal, oil seal, and piston ring.

LGB type oil-free variable Pitch Screw Vacuum Pump
Main features:
Compared with equal pitch screw pumps, the pumping efficiency is higher and the energy consumption is lower.
The pumping speed range is wide, and it can be directly discharged into the atmosphere. A single pump can achieve the effect of multi-stage series connection. Single stage design can achieve a vacuum degree of 5Pa.
Nitrogen blowing can be used for easy cleaning and maintenance.
The screw material is integral ductile iron with high strength and stable performance.
There is no contact or friction between the screws, no need for lubricating grease, no oil backflow, no waste gas or liquid discharge, and low energy consumption for cleaning and environmental protection.
The screw has undergone fine dynamic balance correction, running smoothly, with low noise, low vibration, and long service life.
